The Roman Candle Sparkler
The Roman Candle, a local kid-friendly restaurant, has its fourth location in our cafe space in the public DeAtley Community Concourse.
Called The Roman Candle Sparkler, the cafe’s menu features delicious pizza, pasta dishes, and salads, as well as kid-friendly snacks and other items made with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. Its menu appeals to customers of all ages. For visitors with a sweet tooth, The Sparkler dishes up eight flavors of Chocolate Shoppe ice cream, including gluten-free and non-dairy flavors.
The Sparkler plans to offer grab-and-go service for adults who live and work downtown. Custom pizza pies are available to museum visitors, too, through an “order-ahead” system where they could order at the museum counter, go enjoy an exhibit or program, then come back for their freshly made pizza.
The Community Concourse is a free public space and does not require paid admission, so anyone can stop in to enjoy pizza, ice cream, and more!
