Thursday and Friday, December 24-25, 2009 — CLOSED
Saturday, December 26 — 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday, December 27 — noon to 5 p.m.
Monday, December 28 through Wednesday, December 30 — 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Thursday, December 31 — 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., US Bank Eve event 6-9 p.m.
Friday, January 1, 2010 — CLOSED
Saturday, January 2, 2010 – 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

**** Our facility will be closed as of January 4, 2010, in order to move to our new facility at 100 N. Hamilton Street on the Capitol Square. The new museum is scheduled to open in late 2010, so please join us on or before January 3 to say farewell to all of your State Street favorites! ****

Winter Weather Policy: MCM is closed whenever the Madison Metropolitan School District is closed due to weather conditions. We encourage you to check the website or call us at 608.256.6445 to find out if we are open before you plan your visit.
MUSEUM ADMISSION PRICES:
- $5 per person for adults and kids
- Madison Children’s Museum Members and children under 1 get in FREE. Find out how you can become a member.
- $4 per person for seniors (55 & over)
- 25-cent subsidized admission is available for qualifying families. Click here for eligibility.
- Group rates are available. Reservations required; please call 608.256.6445.
- Free admission the first Sunday of every month!
- Association of Science and Technology Centers (ASTC) and Association of Children’s Museums (ACM) reciprocal members receive an admission benefit at our Museum! In order to take advantage of your reciprocal admission, you must present your membership card. The card must bear the ASTC or ACM logo(s), with a valid expiration date, and the adult listed on the card must be present and show their photo ID. The admission is good for up to 6 individuals.

Take U.S. 151 South toward Madison.
U.S. 151 South becomes East Washington Avenue.
Continue on E. Washington toward the Capitol.
Turn RIGHT on North Webster Street.
Curve to the LEFT on Dayton Street.
Turn RIGHT onto Carroll Street.
Park in the Carroll Street parking ramp on the right.
From West Beltline (U.S. 12-18):
From U.S. 12-18 West, take exit #263 (John Nolen Drive).
Take John Nolen Drive to Broom Street.
Take a LEFT onto Broom Street.
Take Broom Street to Johnson Street.
Take a RIGHT onto Johnson.
Take Johnson to Carroll Street and turn RIGHT.
Park in the Carroll Street parking ramp on the right.
From Chicago:
Follow Interstate 90 West.
Take the left exit (#142A) onto U.S. 12-18 West toward Madison.
Take exit #263 (John Nolen Drive).
Take John Nolen Drive to Broom Street.
Take a LEFT onto Broom Street.
Take Broom Street to Johnson Street.
Take a RIGHT onto Johnson.
Take Johnson to Carroll Street and turn RIGHT.

From Milwaukee:
Follow Interstate 94 West.
Take the Highway 30 exit to the U.S. 151 (East Washington Avenue) Capitol exit.
