Corporate Support

Madison Children’s Museum offers corporate sponsorship opportunities with creative, high-visibility benefit packages. Please email Cedric Johnson in our Development Office, or call 608.354.0537 to learn more. Corporate support for any of the opportunities below enrolls your business in MCM’s Corporate Member program.

Annual Operating Support

Annual operating support helps the museum present temporary and permanent exhibitions, weekly on-site programs, outreach programs, annual festival events, and summer camps, reaching thousands of families from Wisconsin and beyond. Corporate partners can also choose to support the Great Green Fund, which provides funding for the museum’s sustainable infrastructure and operations.

Initiatives

As part of our “whole child” philosophy, the museum nurtures every aspect of growing up. Exhibits and programs embrace six key areas of content focus: the arts, history, culture, science, health, and civic engagement. For year-round visibility and a far-reaching sponsorship, businesses may apply their gifts to museum programs, events and activities that celebrate a specific initiative.

Exhibit Sponsorship

Madison Children’s Museum is an award-winning organization, which fosters family and community connections, and provides a place where every child can learn through play in an interactive environment. MCM’s hands-on exhibits celebrate and encourage children’s imaginations and the power of play as the cornerstone of learning. Corporate exhibit sponsorship allows MCM to continue developing exhibits that let kids engage in discovery learning and creative play.

Family Access and Access for School Kids (ASK) Program Support

Family Access and ASK ensure that learning through play is made accessible to families and students with cultural, physical, and economic barriers to museum participation. We show tremendous growth in this area year after year; the museum’s subsidized admission programs for school groups and families facing economic stress serve over 20% of our audience. These landmark efforts demonstrate not only the museum’s ability to meet the needs of our community, but also the museum’s need for outside support.

Event Sponsorships

Madison Children’s Museum hosts several events throughout the year for which corporate sponsorship is essential to our success. From Wonder Ball, MCM’s signature summer gala, to autumn’s Kids for Peace and the annual Holiday Tea & Trains, Madison Children’s Museum is always planning fun, educational events. Be sure to check out the upcoming events page.
