Give the Gift of Membership
A membership to MCM is the perfect gift! Avoid the crowded stores and give a gift the family will enjoy all year long.
In order to purchase a gift membership online, simply click on the level of membership you wish to purchase.  You will first be asked to enter your information.  On the second page, you will be asked for the recipient’s information.  You make also purchase a gift membership at the museum or over the phone, 608.256.6445, ext. 550.

Circle for Children

Family Access

Qualified families receive unlimited free admission for their household, up to six people, as well as the basic benefits all members receive.  Prices for Family Access membership start at just $9.   There is an option to pay either $9, $20, or $40 for the Family Access membership. If families are able to pay a greater portion of their membership fee, it will help us serve more families.  We ask families to choose the amount of payment that works for best their household.  There is no difference in membership or benefits between the different payment options.

Family Access memberships are available to families utilizing; WIC, Head Start, free or reduced school lunch, Birth to 3, SSDI, Fostercare, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Unemployment Insurance, or other public assistance program.  Due to the changes with the program, we no longer accept Badgercare or  Forward Health cards for the Family Access Membership.  To purchase a Family Access Membership, send a photocopy of your proof of public assistance and a completed Membership Registration Form with payment to the museum.

Child Care Providers

Madison Children’s Museum has memberships available for in-home child care providers, day care centers and preschools. The little ones in your care will love regular weekday visits to the museum. Take part in our daily programs and enjoy all that MCM has to offer.

Child Care Provider $95 (one year) or $180 (two years)

* Unlimited free weekday admission for up to two adults and eight children
* Subscription to quarterly MCM newsletter and events calendar

* A one-time MCM family passes to share with friends
* Pre-sale and discounted ticket purchasing opportunities for live local performances
* Print a Childcare Provider Registration Form.

Classroom $175 (one year)
For qualified day care centers and preschools

* Unlimited free weekday admission for named teacher(s) and up to seven chaperones with 25 children* (can combine classrooms)
* Subscription to quarterly MCM newsletter and events calendar
* Discounts at downtown restaurants

*This admission is good for a specific teacher’s classroom. Multiple teachers may join their classrooms under one membership as long as the total number of children in all classrooms combined does not exceed 25 children. Visits must be scheduled in advance for 10 or more children.
