Before you apply, please visit our Volunteer Opportunities page to view our current openings!

To Apply for the Birthday Party Volunteer, Gallery Guide, Program Volunteer, or Special Event Volunteer positions, please follow the simple steps below:

To Apply As An Individual:

1.) Fill out an application below. Individuals 18 years of age and older, please fill out an Adult Volunteer Application.doc. If you are 14-17 years of age, please fill out the Minor Volunteer Application.doc and have a parent or guardian sign it.

2.) Return the completed form by dropping it off, email, fax, or mail to:

3.) Once the completed form has been received, you will be contacted for the next step in the application process.

To Apply As a Group or Organization:

1.) Designate one group member as a group leader. Have them fill out the Group Leader Volunteer Application.doc. Note: Group leaders do not need to fill out an Individual for Group Volunteer Application

2.) Each person in the group who would like to volunteer must fill out an Individual for Group Volunteer Application.doc. Note: Please designate on the application which group you are volunteering with.

3.) Return completed Group Leader and Individual applications by dropping them off, email, fax or mail to:

4.) Once the completed forms have been received, you will be contacted for the next step in the application process.
