Sock It Away Children’s Campaign
The Sock It Away kid’s campaign invites kids to get involved and contribute to the new museum. Children are asked to find a spare sock and fill it with change from family, friends and neighbors. Kids can drop socks and change off at the museum, Keva Sports Center, any Great Dane restaurant, or any Home Savings Bank branch. At the end of the campaign, the amount raised will be announced with up to a $15,000 match by Keva Sports Center, and socks will be combined to form an art installation in the new museum scheduled to open in 2010.
