Madison Children’s Museum 21st Annual Benefit Sale of American Girl Returns and Seconds is on July 19 and 20, 2008!

Please read carefully all of the following Annual Benefit Sale information.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Each ticket will have a specific entry time. The Annual Benefit Sale starts at 7 a.m. on Saturday, July 19th. The first entry time will be 7 a.m. with groups entering every 15 minutes until 4 p.m. which is the last entry time. No one will be allowed in before their ticketed entry time.

No tickets are required to shop on Sunday, July 20. First entry time will be 7:30 a.m. 7 a.m. entry will be for Madison Children’s Museum members only!

For Saturday tickets:

  • Tickets for entry from 7 a.m. until noon are $12 each
  • Tickets from 12:15 – 4 p.m. are $8
  • Tickets must be purchased with MasterCard, Visa, or Discover Card
  • All tickets will be mailed through Tickets.com
  • All orders will be charged a $2 tickets.com processing fee
  • Each person entering the Warehouse must have a ticket
  • For safety reasons children 3 years of age and younger will NOT be admitted to the sale – this includes infants
  • Each transaction can be for up to four (4) tickets
  • 4 p.m. is the last entry time for the sale. Cash registers will remain open until all customers are finished shopping

HELPFUL HINTS FOR ORDERING YOUR TICKETS!

There is very high demand on Tickets.com during the first 15 minutes after tickets go on sale. PLEASE be patient.

  • Have your credit card information ready!
  • Be sure to use the billing address as the mailing address for your tickets. They MUST be the same.
  • It is strongly recommended you have the tickets mailed to you.
  • During transaction, do not hit “back” or “refresh” buttons – this will push your transaction out of “place in line.”
  • Be sure to print a copy of your confirmation page and confirmation e-mail from tickets.com and save.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORDERING

  • Go to www.tickets.com
  • Access the event by clicking on Madison Children’s Museum and/or American Girl’s logo on the home page
  • If you do not see the logo, use search box and enter Annual Benefit Sale
  • Choose to buy tickets
  • If you are sent to the Virtual Waiting Room, do not hit back or refresh. Tickets.com is simply cuing up the ticket orders especially during the high demand time.
  • Screen will give two purchasing options: best available time or specific entry time – we suggest you choose best available
  • Enter the number of tickets you want to purchase (no more than 4 per transaction)
  • Click continue
  • Your ticket selection will appear. Tickets are reserved for 5 minutes
  • Click continue to complete your order. Enter mailing address and credit card information
  • Print your confirmation page and save confirmation e-mail from tickets.com
