Looking for a unique gift for a special family or child? From unlimited admission to a lifetime of family memories, a membership to Madison Children’s Museum is a gift that keeps on giving.
Gift memberships can be purchased online through our Become a Member page. To get started, simply select the membership level you would like to purchase. You will be given the option to gift the membership to another individual. Gift memberships can also be purchased at the museum, through mail with our Madison Children’s Museum Membership Form, or over the phone with Adam at 608.256.6445, ext. 18.
