Madison’s 6th annual Easter Hat Parade will brighten the Capitol steps with eye-popping hats both fancy and fanciful on March 22. The parade is cosponsored by Capitol Kids, MCM, and Hats-o-Fancy, and features a farm animal petting zoo, hat-making activities, and the Great Dane Egg Hunt, all culminating with a noon parade around the Capitol.
